엑손, 포천 500대 기업 1위 탈환

위의 제목을 보고 머리속에 궁금증이 생긴 분들이 없는지요?

"경기도 포천의 기업 순위도 주요 기사로 실릴 수 있는가?"
"경기도 포천에도 그렇게 많은 기업이 있구나..." ( 물론 조그만 소상공업들 빼구요. ^^ )

그런데 포천이 경기도의 포천이 아니고 fortune紙를 뜻하는 것이더군요. ㅎㅎ 제가 무식해서...
그래서 영어 발음을 들어봤더니... 발음 기호가  [fɔ́ːrtʃən] 이러니 포천도 큰 무리가 없는것 같긴 하네요.
그래도 "포쳔"이라고 기재했으면 더 좋지 않았을까??? 하는 생각도...(기자가 의도한 바는 없을까요? ㅎㅎ 음모설)
